Hormone Optimization
Florida residents only

Restore your drive, energy, and strength.

Physician-supervised testosterone therapy — labs, dose titration, and ongoing monitoring built in.

Clinically low testosterone affects roughly 1 in 4 men over 30. The symptoms — flat energy, declining muscle mass, weight gain, brain fog, low libido, poor sleep — are often dismissed as 'getting older.' They don't have to be. Our hormone optimization program is led by a licensed Nurse Practitioner who will review your labs, take a complete medical history, and build a TRT protocol tailored to where your numbers are and where you want them to be. Every patient gets ongoing dose titration and follow-up labs — not a one-and-done prescription.

Heads up — TRT is Florida only

Looks like you're outside Florida (OH).

Testosterone replacement therapy is licensed to Florida residents only at this time. Our nationwide peptide program — Sermorelin and other physician-supervised performance-recovery protocols — ships to 33+ states and targets many of the same goals: muscle preservation, sleep quality, energy, and faster recovery.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Testosterone Cypionate · Physician-Supervised

Physician-supervised testosterone replacement using pharmaceutical-grade testosterone cypionate. Includes initial consultation with our Nurse Practitioner, baseline lab work (testosterone total/free, estradiol, hematocrit, PSA, lipid panel), dose titration, ongoing monitoring, and adjunct medications (e.g. anastrozole, HCG) prescribed as clinically indicated.

Who it's for / why you'd take it

  • Men 30+ with clinical symptoms of low testosterone (fatigue, low libido, declining muscle mass, mood changes, poor recovery) backed by lab confirmation
  • Active adults who want to maintain strength, body composition, and energy through their 40s, 50s, and beyond
  • Patients who've tried natural approaches (sleep, training, supplements) and need clinical intervention
  • Anyone who wants a TRT program built around real labs and a real clinician — not a 5-minute online quiz

What's included in the program

  • Initial Nurse Practitioner consultation + medical history review
  • Comprehensive baseline lab panel
  • Personalized dose protocol (typically weekly or twice-weekly cypionate injections)
  • Follow-up labs at 6–8 weeks, then quarterly
  • Ongoing dose titration based on response
  • Adjunct medications as clinically indicated (estrogen management, fertility preservation, etc.)

Important regulatory information

Testosterone replacement therapy requires a medical evaluation and prescription from a licensed clinician. Treatment decisions are based on individual medical history, current symptoms, and laboratory results. Not all patients are candidates. TRT is not a recreational therapy and is not appropriate for performance enhancement in men with normal testosterone levels. Results vary. This page is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Available to residents of Florida only at this time.
